Delivery charges are £3.99. All orders are despatched within 1-3 working days ( excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery is available within the United Kingdom. Carrier transit after dispatch is 1-3 business days.
Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! If you need to return any item(s) please inform us via email.
You may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel, then return the items within a further 14 calendar days. If returning an item(s), this/these must be handled only as necessary to inspect them and in the same condition that you received it/them. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and labels still attached. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Once we have received your returns and we are satisfied with the condition, your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the original method of payment.
The time taken for refunds to reach your account will depend on your card issuers policies.
You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs for returning your item(s). This does not apply where we are responsible for faulty or misdescribed goods.
For a statutory cancellation, we refund the cost of standard outward delivery. Any additional cost of a delivery upgrade is not refundable.
